Chatsystem offers a web service (hereinafter referred to as the "SERVICE") intended to help people, whether natural or legal persons, (hereinafter referred to as "USER(S)") who wish to set up a sales assistant on their website. The conditions of this SERVICE are set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You can use the SERVICE if and only if you are over 18 years old and are legally able to enter into a contract with Chatsystem, and not prohibited from entering into a contract. If you are accessing the SERVICE on behalf of your company (such as your employer) or any other legal entity, you represent that entity and warrant that you have the authority and legitimate right to contractually bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. In this case, "you" and "your" will refer to that entity.
The USER hereby declares that he/she fully understands what he/she can get from using the SERVICE offered by Chatsystem as defined in these Terms and Conditions.
Chatsystem provides users with a SERVICE offering an automated chatbot-type sales assistant that advises visitors to the site on products.
At the end of the subscription period, the subscription is tacitly renewed, unless you cancel it. You will be billed monthly or annually, depending on the subscription chosen.
In the event that a USER fails to comply with one or more of its obligations under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Chatsystem reserves the right to cancel these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, with or without formal notice to prevent the USER from fulfilling its obligations. Chatsystem may send a formal notice through its choice, including a simple electronic message (e-mail).
a/ The USER accepts that the relevance of the recommendations depends on the quality of the search filters that he has provided.
b/ The SERVICE will be used in accordance with all applicable laws.
c/ The SERVICE will not be used to produce, use or communicate content that is harmful to others, shocking, offensive, obscene, threatening, sensitive or dangerous.
Events of force majeure will suspend the obligations of Chatsystem and USERS regarding the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. However, if the force majeure event continues for more than two (2) months, each party will have the option to terminate the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the other party.
As a user residing in a member country of the European Union, if you are a company with fewer than 5 employees, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made on Chatsystem without giving any reason.
However, you agree that your legal right of withdrawal ends in 14 days. For any refund procedure, please contact us at yoann - at - chatsystem point ai.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale provide the entire obligations of the parties. The failure of either party to take advantage of any gap or failure to perform any of its obligations or any other breach by the other party of any of its obligations under the General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall not be construed as a waiver of the obligation in question or of any of the other provisions contained in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Similarly, any delay or failure by either party to exercise the rights and prerogatives granted to them under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights and prerogatives.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute a complete and exclusive set of the terms of the agreement between Chatsystem and the USER.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to interpretation and execution in French law. Any dispute between Chatsystem and the USER relating to the existence, validity, interpretation or execution of the General Conditions of Sale or any of their clauses that the parties are unable to resolve amicably will be judged by the courts of Paris.
